RATES

At Mad Land there will be different prices depending on the experience you choose.

Mad Land reserves the right to modify rates without prior notice; these changes will never affect already confirmed and paid reservations.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT POLICY

Reservations are made on the Mad Land website at least 24 hours in advance through its reservation system. No registration is required; the user will find a calendar with available dates and times for each attraction, each with its prices and characteristics. If the day and time are green, that session is available and can be booked. If it is red, the day is fully booked.

Once the session is selected, the user will be asked for their email, full name, and a contact phone number; these fields are mandatory, so if they are not filled in, you will not be able to continue with the reservation.

A session reservation is confirmed once payment has been completed.

Once the reservation is made, the customer will receive an automatic reservation notification email with the details and purchase conditions. If not received, please contact us by phone or email explaining the issue.

Payment is made through the payment gateway that will automatically verify that the credit/debit card is enabled for Secure Electronic Commerce. Payment by Bizum is also accepted.

The following cards are accepted for payment: VISA and Mastercard. The data to be provided in the payment gateway are: card number, expiration date, and verification or security code.

Mad Land does not have access to credit card data.

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY

Reservations cannot be cancelled, but you can modify to another available day and time as long as you notify us 72 hours in advance. You must contact us at info@madlandmadrid.es, indicating the modification, as long as the previously established terms are met.

Important: The date cannot be modified a second time; in that case, the reservation will be lost and no refund will be given.

The change is subject to room availability. If, at the time of wanting to modify the reservation day of the booked attraction, there are no available sessions, a gift voucher for that attraction will be given in exchange.

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND GAME RULES

Entry is PROHIBITED for:

• Pregnant women.
• People with heart problems.
• People with epilepsy.
• People with walking difficulties.
• Children under 12 years old.
• People with an extreme fear of heights.
• People with claustrophobia.
• Additionally, participation is prohibited:
  • Under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • While carrying a baby

Punctuality is very important. Delays affect the organization and schedules of subsequent sessions for our customers. All participants must be at the venue at the exact time marked on their reservation. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to avoid delays and verify the session with our staff.

If the delay is more than 5 minutes, the reservation will be lost. Attention! In this case, it will not be possible to change the day or cancel the game. The fee will not be refundable in any case.

If a team member is missing, a 5-minute waiting period is given; if they do not appear, the rest of the participants must start the game.

Mad Land will only be responsible for accidents that users may have during the game if it is not due to negligent conduct or not following the game and safety rules explained previously and which they will sign before entering. In these cases, Mad Land has civil liability insurance.

Mad Land will exercise the right of non-admission in cases where the following conditions are met:

• Being under the influence of alcohol or any type of drug or other psychotropic substances.
• Carrying any threatening object towards other people or things.
• Showing violent attitudes towards staff, fellow players, or attitudes that may harm the game operation.
• Intentionally causing damage and destruction to the room mechanisms and props.
• Serious lack of personal hygiene.

It is absolutely mandatory to follow the experience instructions and staff recommendations, who will always be present at the venue monitoring players outside the game room.

Mad Land games and mechanisms do not require any force. The experiences contain fragile and sensitive elements that must be handled with caution according to the explained instructions.

During the games, there will be situations where players are required to manipulate mechanisms and interact with certain objects to advance in the game.

Players are responsible for the proper use of the facilities. At no time should brute force be used; simply interact with objects carefully and naturally. Mad Land may claim from them in case of damage caused by misuse of objects or tools used during the game.

Failure to follow instructions, misuse of facilities, recording or photographing the interior of the premises will result in immediate expulsion of the players, thus losing the right to continue playing and any type of refund and/or financial compensation claim.

Mad Land reserves the right to suspend the activity in case of serious technical problems, force majeure events, or staff indisposition. Participants will be notified by email and/or phone with as much advance notice as possible. If a session already started has to be interrupted, Mad Land will allow the customer to restart the game on another day of their choice (subject to availability) free of charge. Or they will be given a voucher for that attraction instead.
